Hi everyone and welcome to Body Supplements website. As we all know good sleep and healthy diet is efficient to give enough energy to each one of us to maintain more energetic lifestyle, but active individuals, athletes and as we age, we do need a little boost from supplements to supply the body and mind.

I have been an active person most of my life, but I decided to join the gym at 16 years old for serious workout. The reason for that decision was to change my body figure by increasing muscle weight to obtain leaner more athletic looking body. However, many benefits came with that decision, I adopted a better healthier lifestyle, became more energetic throughout the day and felt more content and balanced to move on with my daily activities.

Here I am sharing my experiences with those who seek change for better healthier body and mind.

A little story about my body change journey

Growing up I was always told that I was underweight/skinny, which effected my self-confident in a way. Well, I didn’t want to admit it to myself. I got to the point when I strongly decided to do something about it, because since young age I believed that there is a solution for each problem.

I remember it was like a new year resolution that came in the middle of the summer and lasted until today.

However, I needed a little help from supplements. I started educating myself about body nutrients and how to supply my body with the right supplements to reach the results desired in the long run. I am glad to say that my education did not go to waste.

Now at 40 years old, I gladly say that I’ve never visited a doctor in all the past years of my life other than work requirements, I maintain good energy throughout the day, I get good night’s sleep, and I look like at least 10 years younger than my age.

Supplements have evolved the past couple decades

Since the times I started workout, supplements have evolved drastically. In 1999, people were only familiar with few vitamin stores and what was offered in drug stores. I remember I used to visit those stores just to get introduced to the world of supplements.

I tried various supplements the past years of my life from protein powders, amino acids, vitamins, skin collegians, various extracts, bone-broths and more. The only thing I can say is, supplements are good for us, but we need to be aware of what to take and how to take them or they can cause negative results in the long run.

Better choices lead to healthier habits

Yes, determination is the key to reach every goal in life, but to use that key to open the doors for faster results is the intelligence overcome it.

The most common supplements are used by athletes to prepare the body for exercise, reduce the chance of injury during training, and enhance recovery from exercise. Including the vitamins, proteins, amino acids and hormone which they come in a variety of forms such as tablets, capsules, liquids, powders, and bars.

Adding to that, various kinds of supplements that can be taken at certain ages to maintain good energy and healthier younger looking skin.

I am here to share my experiences with supplements I have taken and tried for over a decade. Adding to the fact I’m a woman, most of my focus will be to educate other women about nutrition, the benefit of supplements for different ages, negative and positive outcomes of certain supplements, how and when they should be taken, what supplements are best to maintain healthier bone, hair and youthful looking skin and more.

All the best,
